Teambuilding day trip

Fully catered teambuilding day trip, 10 hrs including barbecue and drinks*
In this training programme, the sailing is the teambuilding factor. This means setting sail together, executing maneuvers and taking care of the ship together. The group is split up into smaller units who are each given a specific task on board.The crew will guide the groups during the day and evaluate developments with the whole team at the end. Our highly experienced crew are trained in coaching team building sessions.

Programme
10:00 Coffee, tea and something sweet; a word of welcome from the skipper.
After a short introduction about the ship and general safety we will cast off and set sail, paying special attention to collaboration within the groups. This is followed by an intensive sailing programme, during which various maneuvers are covered.
13:00  lunch buffet; possible stopover, e.g. in Hoorn.
During the afternoon programme, the emphasis will be on interpersonal hierarchy formation within the groups, making it necessary for everyone to call on their social skills. Previously acquired sailing skills are now put into practice; the crew will intervene only when the safety of the ship and/or persons on board is in danger.
17:00 Bar is open; snacks are served.
The teams can relax and discuss or evaluate the day. We calmly sail on to a quiet spot, where we anchor and everybody helps to furl the sails and put the ship in order.
18:30 Barbecue or dinner buffet on board. Everybody enjoys a well-earned meal.
20:00 Arrival back in port; a word of farewell from the skipper.

€ 61.95 Basic arrangement.
€ 74.50 Extensive arrangement.

Prices are per person and include drinks, meals, snacks, tax and service.
*(The bar is open from 17:00 hrs; coffee, tea and softdrinks are freely available all day).

Pay per person
Prices are per person (minimal 16 persons) and include all costs except the rent of the ship, so there are no unpleasant surprises afterwards.
You can change the number of participants up to seven days in advance.
Rates for smaller groups (<16 persons) or extended bar times on request. Let us know if you would like any changes in the programme, so we can provide you with an estimate. Anything is possible, within reason.)
Rent of the ship:
€ 1.250.00 Mondays – Thursdays;
€ 1.450.00 Fridays, Sundays, holidays;
€ 1.650.00 Saturdays.

We can customize a programme of more intensive team building for you, e.g. coached by a qualified trainer and working with smaller groups. Longer (overnight) programmes are also possible. Ask us for a quotation.

Monnickendam
Our sailing trips begin and end in Monnickendam. This beautiful town at less than ten minutes from the A10 Amsterdam ring road is the ideal port of departure for all our trips. It has ample parking near the harbour and is well served by public transport. Other ports are also possible in agreement.
