Midweek II
Midweek arrangement II (4 days, 3 nights)
This package was developed especially for school classes, youth groups and residential groups.
Many teachers and supervisors would like to take their groups on a sailing trip, but feel daunted by the amount of organisation involved. Our comprehensive programme offers sufficient support for them to be able to promote this outing to their charges as well as the parents.
The skipper and mate guide the participants in all the sailing activities. The cook prepares the meals with the assistance of the participants. The supervisors are expected to participate in all activities.
A minimum number of two supervisors per group is required; more depends on the needs of the group.

Adventurous sailing
Obviously this programme is not written in stone; a sailing trip offers many more possibilities for an adventurous cruise. Other ports of call are possible, depending on wind and weather. An alternative route can be arranged, but the skipper will always have the final say.
Alternatives (4 days)
The following alternative programmes are possible:
Sailing on the Gouwzee, Markermeer, IJmeer, IJsselmeer and the Frisian lakes.
Overnight stays on Marken, in Volendam, Edam, Hoorn, on ‘t Hooft, in Muiden, Amsterdam, Lelystad, Enkhuizen, Medemblik, Den Oever, Stavoren, de Fluessen, Workum, Hindelopen, Makkum, Urk or Lemmer.
With a bit of effort an overnight stay on Texel may be possible as well.
Monnickendam
Our sailing trips begin and end in Monnickendam. This beautiful town in less than ten minutes from the A10 Amsterdam ring road is the ideal port of departure for all our trips. It has ample parking near the harbour and is well served by public transport. Other ports are also possible in agreement.
