10:00 Welcome with coffee, tea and a local treat.
After a short introduction of the ship, the sails are set; much attention is paid to collaboration within the units formed. This is followed by an intensive sailing programme, during which we deal with various manoeuvres.
13:00 Lunch buffet with a possible stopover, for example in Volendam or Marken.
During the afternoon programme, emphasis is placed on the forming of hierarchies within the various groups. This is where social skills come in. What has been learned before can now be put into practice,with the crew only intervening if there is a possible safety risk.
16:00 The bar is open.
During the afternoon we serve various snacks, and drinks are included as well.
Everyone can relax, and discuss and evaluate the day.
We calmly sail on to our anchorage, where we furl the sails together.
17:30 Barbecue or dinner buffet on board.
While the ship is at anchor, the team enjoy a well-deserved meal.
19:00 Arrival in port and a farewell from the skipper.
