Holland Waterland

During the summer of 1913 the IDTV film company recorded “Nederland (Holland) Waterland”, a documentary series for Dutch national TV. For five weeks, the Catharina van Mijdrecht served as film crew accomodations and as an important feature and backdrop in the series. Cris-crossing the Netherlands in eight episodes, the series highlights the many different relationships between the Dutch and their waters. The series was/is broadcast from December 2014 to February 2015; look here for episodes (in Dutch).
